Description:	I need a php programmer to develop a site which is geographically based. The home page begins with links to states which then links to cities. In addition, these pages have a search function for a particular type business. The results are shown on one type page if there are multiple records returned which would then lead to a detail page of the business owner. Additionally, there will be dynamic links to other sites on the net. I have worked before with php programmers and I have access to a very similar site looking for a differerent type of business. I need someone able to communicate freely via email and/or IM. I have other sites that need some minor "fixing" with regard to php. HTML pages will be provided to structure the php in as will csv files or txt files that can be uploaded to a host. Help will be needed to create the actual database. I may have additional sites to develop in the future. I am looking for a reasonable rate for ongoing work. Often there will be complete projects but for minor fixes I would hope for a prorated fee.
