Description

Only Bid on this project if you have worked on SOAP and XML projects in the past. Must be able to run on Linux Server Redhat 9.

Must have shopping cart.
Payment gateway.
Background and layout must match what is at http://www.nioscript.com or http://www.allaroundjobs.com

Review all the docs on http://www.diligence.com/syn/soap/index.php

It is prety much step, by step as to what you need to do there. I would absolutly prefer PHP as opposed to what they call out (Delphi, c#, or vb)

Payment for work to come out of escrow account only. No Western union, etc. No generic responces will be acknowledged.

I will not award a bid with out an attached timeline. 7 days to do it all, is not a time line. 2 days codeing, 2 days lay out, 2 days testing is getting closer to a timeline, but would perfer something professional.

Sample code is proved so this should not be too dificult. Just want in intigrated, with a shopping cart, and able to return imediate results to customers.

We will only have a half dozen or so packages that we will be advertising. Dealing with People search, background seaching and court record searching. This will mainly be around employment background checks.
