Description: I have a site which takes advantage of Blogger.com services. I would like to be able to have a custom form that posts data as a comment on my blog, rather than using their generic form. I can design the form myself, I just need it coded properly.

A simple form that asks for a persons name and e-mail address with validation on the name field, and a comment field to add a comment. My hosting service is Media Temple so I believe this would be done using PHP.
