We need a clone of the follow site;

http://www.lookieme.com
Site needs to include user administration page, secure login. Payment via paypal.
Albums created need to be updated by users. Features should include, Album Templates icluding artwork, birth count down clock, album message boards, email me when album is updated, optional password protection on albums, email pictures from cell phone, email video from cell phone.
Users Administration page will need basic photo edit features, video clips uplaoded or emailed need to be converted to wmf and cropped to 1min each, max 4 video clips per album.
