Description: A client of ours requires a website. It is a static brochure site of around 12 pages.

We will require:

3 x design proposals, jpeg/pdf initially of Home Page and Internal Page.

On approval of design we will require the site to be constructed.

We will supply:

All text in a Word document.

All pictures, although some may just be used as 'placeholders' initially until the final images are decided on, therefore, WE MUST BE ABLE TO SWAP THESE OUT EASILY at a later stage.

What we are looking:

The client has requested a very clean, white, minimalistic design - not too busy or cluttered. Also not gimicky or over-designed.

What we require from bidders:

A price that is THE FINAL PRICE WITH NO ADDITIONS. We are not prepasred to pay any more than quoted as we are working to a price too. Client will only pay when he has approved the final project, so any alterations must be included.
