Description
THE VISION:To create a web based raffle system where a member is automatically granted one raffle entry for every month of membership to an adult website as well as being able to purchase raffle ticket/s through our X-Cart internet storefront.
The raffle system must ensure duplicate tickets cannot be issued and the raffle can be viewed 'live' on the net with a countdown timer to the end of the raffle. Once the raffle has ended the winning ticket holder/s would be emailed congratulations.
The system should have a easy to use web based control panel which admin can change the prizes, raffle start/end times, raffle ticket prices and to list the participants details.
