Description:	I have a php form on a website that currently emails the results to me and I would like to put it in a database with a password protected back end page that will show the results. Specific tasks in this project: 1. Fix the form validation so the page does not reload. Currently, if you don't fill out a required field, the entire page reloads and if the user specified a picture to upload, it's lost. 2. Save all the information in a database table 3. Create a password-protected area that will have one page of all the enteries with the columns " " The names should be clickable so you can view the entire record. 4. On the main page (list of dates and names) summarize the demographic info (there are 4 fields). Like this: sex: 20% male (4) 80% female (16) age: 12% 18-26 (2) ... ...
