Description:	First off, the target of this project is to increase my websites sales conversions with a new design & sales copy. Your bid/quote will only be the basic payment. The real money in this project is in actually increasing my conversion rate, as shown below. %=*percentage of visitors that convert to customers $=amount paid to you (in addition to the original payment) 3%=$100 | 4%=$200 | 5%=$300 | 6%=$400 | 7%=$500 | 8%=$600 | 9%=$700 | 10%=$1000 *The new conversion rate will be tested with 1000 Unique, PPC, Targeted, Search Engine visitors (i.e. Google, Overture, etc.) I know its a little unusual, but I've been ripped-off on freelance sites before, and I'd like to ensure that my website gets quality work. So if you're a talented, experienced, web developer, this project can be very high paying. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- As for the project itself, I need my website completely redesigned to a cutting edge, flashy, high-tech type theme. I have a few specifications, but for the most part it will be in your hands. The developer chosen must be able to design a few small graphics, create a couple flash movies, do some minor scripting, and write a high converting sales copy for a Teen/Young-adult oriented site. If necessary, I may hire more than one developer, so please state in your bid/pm if you can do designing, copywriting, or both. Once decided, I will send all the files from my current website to the chosen developer/s, along with my specifications for the new site, and from there its up to you to turn it into a sales machine.
