Description

Port Latest version of Request Tracker (3.2.2) to Win-32, with nice installer based on InstallShield 9.0

Installer must install everything needed on win2k, winxp or win2003 with IIS installed.

This means : perl, files, rights, MySql etc.

Port Perl files to work with windows and IIS.

RT and installer must be branded with our Logo/design

InstallShield Code must be delivered.
