INTRODUCTION/CONCEPT:
An Online HelpDesk tool that provides Customer Support Service. If customers have any problems related to services, billing, administrator reasons, they can open a trouble ticket describing the problem. The helpdesk staff will review and response to the problem(s), then close the ticket as resolved. With this website tool, the service provider will be able to support users with the help of its own ticket system. It brings efficiency and monitoring of issues easily, centralising the problems/issues into one location. The status of the cases can be viewed as "open" or "closed".
TARGET AUDIENCE: e-Business/eCommerce sites that requires Online Helpdesk Support Ticketing System
