Description:	Background: * The target audience is parents with children from 4 to 9. * The site is built for educational purpose (but also fun as far as it's possible). * In a second project . Some 40 to 60 flash/javascript/asp EduGames must be built , added and put in the flash section frame. Development tool / platform: *The site must be build essentially in ASP.net (some other languages may be added). *The operating system is windows. *The database is access or Mssql. Banner: *The banner must be designed in accordance with the moto of the site : EDUCATIONNAL AND FUN. (actually more educationnal than fun). * The 4 words "calculate" - "read"- "learn"-"think" must appear dynamically in the banner. Design: *The site must be optimised for 600*800 resolution. If there is a possibility of dynamic sizing of the pages for higher resolution , please specify it. *There must be no horizontal or vertical scrollbar, except in the flash section (if really needed). *The dominant colors to be used are yellow,orange and brown and variant of them. *The design must comply with the blueprint as shown in the attached document and must be inspired from www.funschool.com. *Since the site language will eventually not be in english , all the graphics must be delivered with 2 distinct layers: 1.one for the picture. 2.one for the text, in order to be able to change the text on the pictures. Navigation: *There are 2 frames (see blueprint): 1.The navigation frame , which never disappears and stands around the page. 2.The flash frame (inside the navigation frame), where the relevant content appears like flash edugames and other pages (about us,contact us,privacy etc..). *When a vertical or horizontal tabstrip is selected: 1.The selected tabstrip must be view as in front position order and the other tabstrips as in back position order. 2.The non selected tabstrips ( vertical and horizontal) must be faded. Functionality: *The LOGIN section : 1.Must deliver the same functionalities as in the shown picture (the design may be different). 2.Registration in database must be effective after reception of a confirmation by mail to the user and back from the user (in order to verfy the mail) . 3.A billing system must be added. *The description section is to be linked (in the further project) to the flash section. *There are 7 secondaries pages: 1.contact us :may be similar to http://www.funbrain.com/cgi-bin/com.cgi?A1=c&A2=fun. 2.about us :may be similar to http://www.funschool.com/about.php 3.term of use :may be similar to http://www.kaboose.com/termsofuse.html 4.Tell a friend :may be similar to http://www.arcadetown.com/scripts/send_friend.asp 5.Parents :Meanwhile build the page without content 6.Teachers: :Meanwhile build the page without content 7.add to favorites:to be added 8.Be my Home Page :to be added All these 7 pages must keep the look and feel of the home page. All these 7 pages must appear in the flash section (though must not be build in flash). *The site must be fast loaded. Qualifications and fee: *Designers/programmers should send links to their portfolio and only apply if they have short term availability. *For excellent completion of assigned tasks, You may expect: 1.Good Bonus money. 2.Eligibility and priority for the second part (and big part) of the project : Building some 40 to 60 Edugames (flash/javascript/Asp).
