An event promotional website. The website is already designed, but need to setup a content management system using php/mysql so the admin is able to update his/her website. Along with this, need to have a registration system for users so they can access member sections on the website. The website will contain the following sections: home, photo gallery, classifieds, forum, and deejays. Website members will be able to access after registration the classifieds, photo gallery, guest lists and forum.

Photo Gallery: photo gallery system we would like to use is on (Example link from another site) http://www.desihype.com/party_pics.php. Only registered users will be able to view actual pictures.

Classifieds: this section will be for registered users who can add, remove, and edit their listing. The latest 3 posts will be displayed on the main page and the rest will be on a separate page.

Forum: any of those free forum boards available these days, but would like to have it integrated into the site. Meaning, same color as the site and uses the same registration that users use on the main page.

Deejay: This section will give a listing of local deejays in the area and will be only added/edited by admin.

Sponsors: Simple link will be added by admin on the main page.

|Web Statistics| Just showing currently how many guests, registered users, admin, etc are online.

|Login window| After the user logs in, this area will say “Welcome Username” and followed by a logout option.

|News| simple paragraph form text with date as header.

|Event listing| a simple listing of the event with a picture to the left and information. Along with options to view flyer and join guestlist. To join guestlist, user must be registered. The flyer will be setup as a pop up window.

|Classifieds| Just the latest 3 classified posts will be on the main page. The “more” button will just take the user to the actual add on the classifieds page. On the main page, the txt should be limited to 3 lines max and the full ad can be viewed on the actual page.

|Sponsors| simple link added by admin.

Nice layout. I'm familiar with everything and just finished doing a complete user system from scratch for another contract, so I can do it in a fair amount of time. The following are my estimates for each section User/Login/Logout/Access - 4 hours, Deejay - 1 hour, Photo Gallery - 2 hours, Forum (w/layout) - 3 hours, News - 3 hours, Classifieds - 2 hours, Sponsors - 30mins. For that total amount of work, $155. My bid price is for whatever is most important to you minus about 5 hours. If you'd like me to finish the rest, we can continue with a new sub-project.
