Description: I am interested in purchasing an exact clone, with the name changed of course, for the following website:

I am looking for an individual, team or company that can develop an operational clone of this site. I will supply a domain for you and details of the server specifics to the winning bidder. I am willing to provide "interim" payments based on stages. Once you have the cloned "pages" for a new site, I will pay a portion, once the site is operational on your server, a portion, and once operational on my server, I will pay the balance. I do not have a coding or website background so I would appreciate your suggestions, via pm on in your proposal, as to what language or programming you would likely undertake to create this site. I only need the answers part of find it quick, not the entire site. But I will need all the expert signup forms and database (php? or SQL?), customer signups, question categories (I want to add a few to this as well), paypal or other payment links for customers to pay for services, and an email program to be able to communicate automatically with experts/customers on questions. If you really want to win this project, go sign up at the site, spend a little time there, get to know how it works. Heck, you may even be able to answer some computer questions and make a buck while you're there.

I am not against a foreign company bidding on this project, but you MUST be able to deliver a completed, slick and fully-functioning site. Interim payments will be equal to less than the work completed with the final payment being the majority of the project balance. Ask my any questions that you may have.

I am flexible on the completion date, but would prefer within the next 60 days maximum, prefer 30 days, but please advise if that is an unrealistic time period. Thanks for reading this project. I apolgize if I have provided either too much or too little project information.
