Description

I need someone to setup a system for email marketing for me, i have got a lots of list of opt-in emails, and i want to send them from somewhere else, not from my server, may be a new server.
You have to setup the server and scripts, if anyone can do it without a server, please suggest me. Server charge will be additional......
The bidder has to explain his/her plan to develop such a system.
