Description
I designed a website in HTML a few weeks ago. I had a PHP programmer do all of the PHP work. Everything is finished with it. Since then, I have redesigned that same site using CSS - Now, I need someone who can take the PHP from the old site design and integrate it onto my new CSS design. YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. This is a VERY, VERY CRITICAL and important project! I don't want someone who is still "learning" - I want someone who knows their stuff.
