Hey,

I'm looking to develop a Voice Broadcasting Clone like http://www.call-em-all.com

I want to send pre-recorded voice messages to my phone list. How does this work? Please explain what equipment, software, or whatever else would be needed to make this work. There may be additional features added down the road.

Qualified candidate must:

#Explain how Voice Broadcasting of Pre-Recorded Messages works and what is needed to set it up.
#Add/Delete/Change Voice Broadcasts (Easily creating broadcasts by adding a .wav file)
#Import A List of Phone Numbers (excel, csv, text)
#Set The Time For When Calls Will Be Sent
#Automatically Retry Busy or No Answers

Please quote more than just a price tag. I would like to know what you will be doing, and how you will make this work. I'm open to suggestions on how to set it up.

Hi, I have a working voice broadcaster based on asterisk which can do over 100-150 simultaneous calls on a good quality machine with dual core processor and around 2 GB RAM. Let me know if you are interested in this. Thanks.
