I have been working as an ASP.Net developer for an insurance company for over a year now. This is a simple project, and I can start right away. As far as the section where you need to update the schedule for next season, I can give you a simple interface to do that with as well. Before the season starts you would log into your site, select the season you want to manage, and be able to pick the teams from drop down lists, select the week of the season, any teams not select will be assumed to have a bye-week. All of this will be database driven. So you will be able to also keep a running list of how members do from season to season. My goal is to write minimal code so your site will run fast and clean.

All I would have to do is modify it to the colors you want and change the name. It's all data driven... with an Admin account where you enter in the spread, schedule and scores.
