Description

Project Overview
We have a product catalog and member directory on our web site that serves as a reference source for HART based products and their manufacturers. The catalog is a Cold Fusion application that we would prefer to have moved into PHP. We are also interested in having the catalog modified and additional information added. The current database application can be viewed at www.hartcomm.org/product/product.html.

The catalog revision project will update and add new features to our existing on-line product catalog and member directory. The update will include the following:

- Move the database engine from Cold Fusion to PHP
- Add new administration screens and security
- Add administration screens for two new databases
- Establish differing levels of administrative access to data
- Add a text search capability on all categories.
- Add new databases and appropriate user output and administrative screens.
- Import new data into MySQL databases.
- Install the application and test it on our service provider.

Time
We would like this project completed and placed online prior to 30 September 2004.
