Description: Overview of Functionality

• Site should be developed in PHP with a MySQL database.

• Users will have the option to print ordered reports and save as PDF

• User will be able to retrieve their password via “forgot password” functionality

• The sites admin will be able to view ordered report which will display all ordered reports, username that ordered the report, order number, etc.

• The admin will also be able to update basic user information such as e-mail, passwords, delete users, etc.

• User list “Export to comma delimited” file functionality
