Small Office with great vision looking to hire an IT Professional for remote or on-site VOIP Setup and ongoing maintenance.

I am opening a mortgage business and looking to install an IP-PBX system with autodialer/preactive dialer capabilities. My office will be staffed with 20 agents. I will need 20 phones, and expect to run 10 concurrent calls through a local SIP provider “Cbeyond” over a T1 Line.

I am looking for an experienced VOIP IT professional that can help with the selection process of a reliable IP-PBX system that is easy to manage and can integrate with a autodialer/preactive dialer.
Please provide detail plan, and estimated hours required to complete task.
