Description

Hi,
(I have upto $300 for this project)
Im looking for a programmer that can create an add-on for MSN Messenger, the add-on would be an SMS sender.
This will NOT work through an HTTP SMS provider but will work via a data cable attached to the mobile phone through the COM or USB port.
There is a posted image to give the programmer a visualization of the project, also a txt file with greater detail for this add-on.
