Further information, necessary to clarify the above.
Currently I have the following;
FDSE serch engine,
amember pro trial,
Static web pages containing information and charts generated locally from excel spreadsheets. These are uploaded daily and weekly.
In addition to the project description I want to clarify some points, I want;
A solid user management system that utilises the paypal subscription system. Am prepared to purchase amember pro providing developer can develop necessary fundtionality around it.
To be able to upload the spreadsheets into a mysql database.
Allow users to perform searches on the database with the same functionality as FDSE.
Dynamically create the web pages previously created locally.
Allow users to save their favourite search strings to their homepage.
Give users the option to have their saved searches run at the end of each daily/weekly update with the results emailed to them.
Allow users to save links to their favourite web page on their home page.
From the web page, users can chronologically scroll forward and back. i.e if looking at a 10 Oct IBM stock page they can click on a button to the 11 Oct IBM stock page or another button to the 9 Oct IBM page. If these pages do not exist (as will be the case for weekends and national holidays) then they are taken to the next available.
Also, if the users are looking at a 10 Oct 2002 IBM daily stock page (a Thursday) then they can click a button to take them to the approriate weekly IBM stock page which would be dated 11 Oct 2002. Note: the weekly pages are completely separate from the daily ones. They are unrelated in so far as the data that appears on them is unconnected.

I have a partially functional website at www.marketwatch.co.uk. Please take a look at it. Most of the client side functionality is described there (there is no register/login software installed). Some links to not work, especially those to "mmm", screen tips should provide the fundtionality I require.
The generation of the stock pages is currently done locally from excel spreadsheets. I want this done on the server dynaically. I will supply those spreadsheets and a description of how they work to any bidder that requests them.

Given the feedback and for transparency purposes I have decided to upload the necessary files to www.marketwatch.co.uk. They enhance the information I have already provided. Please go there and download them and let me know what you think.
