Description: I need a talented and skilled programmer from the United States Only to create a replica of http://www.webuildpages.com/. That is the only page I want replicated and coded. However, not much CSS should be used. I want it mainly all in HTML so I can easily edit everything in there. Any mouseover functions should stay the same, all text should stay the same, etc.

My budget is $20-30.00.

I will only accept your bid if you can show me a live sample and I can test it to make sure it is the way I want it.
