Description: I am looking for a graphic designer with solid skills in QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator. This would not be a single project - I am looking for a reliable outsource partner with a good design sense, high attention to detail and good communication skills. I do have a couple print projects that I need to get turned around very quickly (i.e. before the weekend). These projects consist of simply duplicating two print pieces that have already been done - I have PDFs of the original files and all graphical assets. Typically deadlines will be very reasonable - this is a special circumstance. My company will cut you a check every two weeks for work performed. I have a web-based application where project files can be exchanged and timesheets can be recorded. The bid amount should be your hourly rate.

Sorry - I guess I can't ask for your hourly rate directly - so please give me an estimate on a print project that would take you 4 hours to complete. ;-)
