Description:	We are looking for a creative web designer with skills in basic web design and Flash animations design. The product is part of a combination of 3 domains supporting an e-learning system. The project described is a starting point for the web sites; positive results will lead to further development which can become huge (over 1000 pages / year). This project consists of 4 pages: 1. a language selection page common for three domains that enables first time users to select 1 of 6 languages through a animation with audio. The animation will show a puppet-character already designed by the company. The selected language needs to be stored as a cookie for all three domains (dynamic contents can be created by us)! 2. an entry page for the business type activities of the company, consisting of several links. Expect a business audience here. 3. an entry page for the information and demo type content, consisting of over 10-15 links of which most need to be very graphical in presentation. Expect teachers, education experts and potential students here. 4. an entry page for a "subscribers only" domain where a number of fields (username, password etc.) need to be implemented including automatic login though information stored in cookies. Evaluation of the posted data will be done through php using a mySQL database, but that is not part of this project. Expect students here. The entry pages also need to support selection of another language. Each entry page will have a "look and feel" adapted to the audience expected, but it is essential that all three domains will show a common company identity. Each entry page will have background music which will be supplied by the company but of course needs to be implemented in the pages. The initial language for these pages is English, texts will be provided by the company (however generally graphics are preferred over textual links). The design of all pages will enable easy adaption to other languages. Technically the designs should be fit for 800x600 and higher resolutions (full screen). The designs need to at least support IE (5.5 and higher), FireFox (1.0 and higher) and Mozilla (1.2 and higher). Furthermore, Flash animations should not require Flash players installed higher than version 5.0 and Java applets should run using any virtual machine as of the JDK 1.1 standard. We'll have the translations done here on Aruba. I'll also edit material supplied to include the scripts needed to apply the language changes. Audio files for the animation page for language selection will be produced by us, please specify the format needed. The tunes mentioned in the document are external files named tune.mp3 and will be placed in the root directory for each site (not available yet).
