Description:	This RFP is for a Graphic Design / Re-Construction of Images on my website. I am seeking a talented Graphic Design professional that can modify existing images contained within a Website Template. This RFP will replace any other request placed on this site. Information Needed For Proposal My company is an Advertising Agency / Product Broker that concentrates on many fields of expertise. We are in need of this design in a timely manner. The selected designer will also be kept in mind for future projects as we have many. We do have an in-house Art Department although we are looking into outsourcing to achieve budget objectives. You will find the following files uploaded to the server. • Website Template • Globe.gif The job will consist of modifying or creation of new Company Logo / Banner / Header for the template. We want the Globe.gif integrated into the design along the name of our company “Vision Media” .Any other graphics or photos integrated into the design are at your discretion. We are looking for a creative mind and an eye for design. We want the Graphic/Logo and company signage. The project must match the current colors and theme of the site uploaded. The final project must be delivered in ALL of the following formats. • High resolution .jpg • Editable.png or .ai file • Transparent.gif In order to be considered for the project you must submit Mock-Ups or Creations of the job. We will select our designer from these Mock-Ups. You may place these on the (PM) or simply supply a link to view. Digital Watermarks or Signatures on the file are fine to protect your work until full payment is made. Upon payment be made ALL copyrights, signatures, watermarks must be removed. Our company has many Fortune 500 clients so please do not use outlandish fonts, graphics etc. We are looking for something that makes a statement! Incorporation of a slogan would be nice (You Develop). The current website domain is www.gk5.com if you need to get a better feel for what we do. We would also consider a flash website header for this site if it can be included in the Template without a Radical Re-Design. If this is also designed we would like all Graphics etc to focus on What We Do! I hope this clarify’s what we a re looking for.
