Here is the project in a nutshell:
- Simplified School Management system to address the needs of high schools and elementary schools (primary schools)
- The features (modules) I have in mind are as follows:
- Registration
- Dining Management
- Boarding (dormitory allocation)
- Academic reporting
- Disciplinary records
- Timetable management
- Library management
- Accounting
On top of this, the system needs to be web accessible with the right hierarchies. The idea is to give parents access to the children's records so they can become more involved.
Majority of high schools are boarding schools, meaning parents do not interact with their children very often. Having a web accessible solution like this would make it quite easy for parents and teachers to communicate, and for parents to feel more involved in their children's lives.
I am looking for the process flow initially. On those who have worked on similar systems to apply.
