xhtml/css pages for community site

Hi, I'm building a community site and require XHTML/CSS pages for various parts of the site. I have built the homepage and require the remaining pages to be built using these existing styles and code - of course you'll need to write your own code where it is required. This project is only frontend design - XHTML/CSS and small bits of JS (mostly copy/paste from what exists!). You will be provided with: 1. Files for the existing homepage which includes all the XHTML, CSS, JS and the PSD's. 2. Elaborate documentation of the functionality, which includes wireframes I've attached samples of a few wireframes and the existing homepage can be viewed here at - pragatihost[dot]com[slash]design[slash]izudoo[slash]index[dot]html I'm looking for: 1. Serious bidders with superior skills who can match the current quality 2. Someone who provides relevant samples 3. Someone who can figure it out and get it done from get-go with the least amount of a PITA Since there are many pages, a per page rate would be preferred but my options are open.
