Video Streaming Website

What I need Done: I need a website programming done to an existing site. I need videos to steam on the site as well as a shopping page. What has already been done: The design layout for the website is completed as well as all the content that will go on the website. All content, logo and pictures are complete and copy written. Other Context/Requirements: The style of the website is already determined with minor placement changes required. I would like the site to be searchable by Google/Yahoo and other major search engines. I would also like like minimal flash. I also, need to be able to manage the site on my own through the back end. Artist signup/sign/in/upload videos/bio Redesign the layout and clean it up Children signup/sign/in/upload videos/bio Shopping function Invite friends feature Banner Ads Rotation (installed on another site as well) Banner Ads Admin Some Flash at the bottom (not a lot of flash on the site please) Admin for Artist/Children/Site Owner must be user friendly Site Backend Admin needs to give me the ability to control the entire site Favorite Videos Newest Videso Most Played/ Viewed videos Specific expertise that I am seeking: The programmer should have experience designing music video websites.
