Property script optimisation/tweaking/new features

We've got a website and a property script that need the following modifications: Source code provided - clean up source code, speed up ESSENTIAL!! Whole website to work in any language (provided language file is provided), included admin area. (multi-language already done, needs more testing and tweaking). Sitemap to scan automatically (cron job) whole website subfolder must be expandable (toggle) - can be ajax. - example (Services is a subfolder of the root, which has subfolder 1, subfolder 2 and 3 in it and etc) Thumbnail outside property information must have watermark (resale, new, construction) (in both languages) PDF generation (in Cyrillic characters). CSS drop down menu (1 level). Show other suggested properties based on property in that area or/and property in that price range. Custom fields to be added (with choices). Better multilanguage support. Comparable objects (anchor tag)(shown under property info + features - should be near price range + comparable features such as bedrooms + sq.m) print page - russian & english, proper print css.
