PHP+MySQL trainer

Hello, We need a PHP trainer to teach PHP with MySQL Database. Guidlines for training. -PHP trainer is responsible for teaching PHP with Mysql database from basic to advance. - PHP trainer should be available at least 2 hour a week on skype or Gtalk to answer student questions live. -PHP trainer should complete the course in the duration of 45 days. -studying materials should be sent through email to student for studying. -PHP trainer should take biweekly exam from the student to ensure the student has understand what taught. Payment: Payment is done on the % of completing the course through GAF. 20$-------on 15th day----- 15$-------on 25th day------- 15$-------on 35th day------- 20--------on 45th day-------- Total budget for the course = 70$ More work is comming soon after this project is completed. happy bidding.
