We need link buliding services

We need links for 3-4 small sites in the Forex industry. The links must be: * non-reciprocal * with no "rel=nofollow" * from sites with PR of 2+ * preferably from Forex sites. * preferably from [login to view URL] sites. * only English sites are permitted. * no directory submission. * the link page must be included in the main Google index (no supp index). * each link must be from a completely separate IP address. * links cannot be from framed pages * no javascript links. * no redirects between pages. * links cannot be from bad neighborhoods (porn, gambling etc.) * links cannot be on Flash sites or pages * links cannot be on a links page excluded by a robots tag * all links should be free and not on paid sites. * no link farms. * no more than 20 links on the link page. * no links using any automated techniques or black-grey hat techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam etc. * no link exchange programs or web rings. * the link should contain the keyword/phrase as the hypertext.
