Website needs added functionality

Need fast turnaround and good results for California Alcohol Server Training website. Changes/updates are minimal and should not be any problem for capable web designer. Items for [login to view URL] 1. Ability for user to create a “User ID” – User must enter approval code supplied by administration in order to be able to register. User will be able to create own “User ID” and “Password” that must be entered in order to access “Instructor Website” [login to view URL] 2. Email based retrieval of lost password (User enters email add into “Forgot Password” page and system automatically sends the user password. 3. “Schedule a class” page to work link: [login to view URL] (when a class is scheduled, it needs to automatically be updated on the class schedule page w/ a link to specific details in pop-up including location, instructor name, contact phone/email, ect..)- needs to offer trainer ability to cancel any trainings as well. 4. Request a copy of “Matthew Thomas” video – this page will give user ability to request the “Matthew” Training video 5. “Schedule of Upcoming Trainings” Page needs to work, update automatically when trainers schedule or cancel any trainings. Results should have: Trainers Name; Training Location; Training Date and Time; Class Open to Walk-in Students?: Cost for Training for Walk In Students; and any other details entered by the trainer when class was scheduled. – This page needs to have a link from the home page for all users to view and search. 6. “Permit Checker” from “Home Page” – Admin needs ability to input into a database all trainees that have takes the course, their results and the permit number that admin has assigned the trainee.
