Description

Below you will find four websites that all have something similar to what we want to create. The utility is a giftcard / loyalty card design tool. It allows a customer to choose a preprinted template, select the text they want to appear on the front of the card (including the font size, type and color), allows them to choose the text they want to appear on the back of the card (including the font size, type and color) and allows the customer to approve and submit their final design.



We want to do the same thing. The final design when submitted should be turned into a pdf and should be stored on our server. An email should be sent to us when a submission occurs.



We want to allow two levels of usage (our resellers and their end user merchants), so we want to be able to give access to the actual tool in some form to our customers to either put on their website or to link to, so that end merchants can use it to design a card, When the card is designed, approved and and submitted, an order number is generated. We should be able to set an email address for each of our customers when we give them access to the tool so that when the end merchant creates the design and submits it, a copy of the order is sent to our customer and also one is stored on our end electronically for us. Our customer should be able to recall the order by the order number generated at the time of the order.



We want to make the submission process create an order form as described above as well as create a .pdf of the card design which we will use to make the actual card.



Whoever designs this utility needs to understand graphics and be a graphic designer.
