For invoking Nokia works with your IIS Server, you can write a new module/application which should use Nokia PC Connectivity (legally released for free by Nokia). So, no matter how many Nokia phones attached on your server, you can invoke all of them togather in order you can automate SMS sending or receiving. I have a recommendation for you. It is better if place the Nokia as the SMS transport only, and let the functionalities such as grouping, logging, etc done by the database and application. So, you will have a very quick process for every SMS you need to automate. Let me know if my method matched with your requirement.

i have already completed a desktop application based on .net2 framework for sending bulk sms to unlimited mobile phones...the application can send both PDU messages and text messages...the script uses AT command to establish the communication between the serial port and mobile or AT modem...it is based on GSM communication and can be used for all GSM mobile service providers... i have also developed script for getting messages from unlimited mobile users to a desktop application, where it receives all the messages and stores them in a database...i can very well customize the application to ur requirements and also interested in providing new applications based on wireless sms technology...regardind sending sms through http( internet ) it is just a script that the sms gateway service provider provides, u just need to install the script in ur website, for that u need to register with anyone of the sms gateway provider in ur country...i can do this, if interested reply me!!!
