Description: I need an overhaul of my site, employment recruiting website needs some website and admin uplift and changes.
I need someone to improve functional "Admin Panel" to multiple admin, manage memberships, content, users & profiles, and a manual method of maintaining multipul databases.
The site must have an administrative panel that displays all users to me, (password protected) and will provide me with the ability to add/edit/delete/approve accounts, log in interviews and edit hiring progress. I will also need change to the signup/application form, members profile, and search /results content to be adjusted.

Possibility create software to use the database off line with ability to synchronize off line and online database.
Entire script will need to be "bench tested" to be sure their are no errors anywhere including provide repair to error area's if needed.

The bid does not require any graphical design; recommendations are welcomed.

Please only bid if you have done this type of Admin Panel work before and you have a good idea in what needs to be done. Please provide a "reasonable bid".
