Description

Company is currently seeking to outsource the development of it’s new online trading network website design and development. The website would need to perform all auction services for various products and services.

We need the following services from the outsourced designer:

1.Design & Development of the Website
2.Design & Development of Backend Administration
3.Design & Development of Website Operations Programming
4.Design & Development of Video display and Streaming operations
5.Database Design
6.Network Design
7.CMS Design (Content Management System)
8.Security System Development Coding
9.Link Systems with other companies

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).


**********This position is will be a contract agreement with our company. We secure all obligations in the contract. We do not do up front retainers or deposits. We need day-to-day communication and updates on the project. We also need to be notified of delays or any issues with the project. Understand the bid you submit is the price we will accept no new negotiation after project is awarded. Please make sure you understand all information in the posting.****************
