It is always difficult to bid on projects like this because you do not want to discourage business. But the project pricing ceiling must allow for a profit, after all even freelancers need to make a money. With the level you currently have your ceiling set at, there is just no way to economically offer you my services. I would be more than happy to discuss your project with you, but you would have to understand the project you have sketched out, would probably start somewhere in the $299.00 range. The ability to update the website on your own would require a backend management tool. Depending on the level of complexity you would require to "control the look" of your website, a full blown CMS -- (C)ontent (M)anagement (S)ystem might be required. Such projects are not done cheaply. I would assume you would like to find a level of clientel, that would reflect the level of professionalism you believe your product will generate. If so, you should consider this when estimating what you are willing spend on your website. ---- I am certainly NOT adocating runaway budgets and WILD INFLATIONS of bidding.
