Description: Hello Freelancers,

Price US$30 - 50 max. No time wasters.

We have a 1 (one) jpg image file that I would like to be converted/translated into a tableless XHTML/CSS web page.

This jpg layout file will consists of sample image placeholders and sample text for conversion to a hmtl page and separate css page.

The page should be XHTML and CSS using DIV’s and not tables (and XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliant).

We should then have one .html page and one .css page at the end of this project. CSS and XHTML will need to be hand-coded, not exported from Imageready or other software.

The design is quite simple but I need it to be fully standards compliant xhtml/css. If the page does not validate, the job is NOT considered complete. A live validated demo of this page will be required before we consider this project complete.

Delivered code must validate, use logical class names and be EASY TO READ. The CSS-based page should display and function the same in all browsers, PC and MAC (IE 6 & 7, Firefox 1.5 onwards, Safari, Opera, Mac osx 10 onwards).

We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work contracted. No General Public Licence, 3rd party components etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer.

Successful completion of this task can lead to more projects on a continuing basis. You should be able to speak English and if needed we can communicate by Skype for for this and future projects.
