Though I'm unrated on GAF and only a newcomer to blogging, I'm an experienced writer-editor not interested in "spinning" or other forms of plagiarism. My work history includes some journalism, quite a bit of technical documentation (mostly civil engineering but some software), and contributions to various newsletters as well as editing an association newsletter for editors for some months a few years ago. I'm also an active longtime member of various professional or IT-related e-lists, where I often contribute responses on technical problems or tips about available software solutions (naturally, as an interested observer rather than a paid shill!). This is fairly representative of my usual posting style, by the way, but I obviously vary my style depending on the intended readership and believe I could provide your readers with an interesting newsletter every month (we should discuss the question of length and delivery dates further), as well as relevant blog posts at suitable intervals (ditto). This bid may be regarded as the flat rate for the first issue of the newsletter, consisting of 2,000-3,000 words of text --one "feature" article and several shorter items and "fillers"--plus one introductory blog post; price and content of future material to be negotiated. (If you prefer not to use GAF escrow, I ake PayPal or Moneybookers and would request a deposit of 1/3 on award of project and balance payable on delivery of the completed work.) I am Canadian but quite willing to revise my copy for New Zealand use, and I am always willing to provide a detailed quotation on receipt of your more detailed specifications. The 30 days is anticipated lead-time for the first issue since I'll need to learn more about you and your customers. Subsequent monthly issues would be ready a week before publication date to allow for your review and any revisions. Blog postings could be up within 24-48 hours of request or whenever you wanted to schedule them.
