Description: Need the following opensource freelancer scripts to be installed on developers server so they can be evaluated. Wish to determine whether further effort should be spent to develop freelancer sites based upon these scripts. If feasible and productive to do so then graphic design, and further refinement to be done. If these scripts function as warranted then only cosmetic changes will likely need to be made. When sites are completed then completed sites and scripts to be the property of buyer. Both freelancer sites can be obtained and downloaded from http://www.jnshosts.com/php-freelancers-v2.8-2.php Initially this is very small job so bids must be realistic but may carry on into additional monies to finish the sites after further discussion. Thereafter training will be necessary to teach how to administer the sites. Thereafter service and modifications may be necessary. Thank you for your interest in this project.
