Description: I'd like the attached website (static HTML) to be reworked so that:

(a) there's a source Dreamweaver template that can be changed once and affects all pages that use it

and

(b) the DW template and resulting HTML pages absolutely MUST display in Dreamweaver and Contribute perfectly.

The Content Manager is non-technical and so it needs to look as clear and as clean as possible.

There will also be some minor HTML modifications to the template which I will discuss with the winning coder.

Hi, I am working with dreamweaver (making all the admin panels of the sites i create using templates and dreamweaver database system) and i understand what you need... I can start work as soon as the project is accepted and starts and can finish in 2 days as the work required to meet your requirements is long... and requires a lot of careful coding and moving stuff from one place to another...
