Description
I need a flash application similar (but not identical) with the one found on www.careeronestop.org (home page). If you’ve been working with flash for some time, you probably already have a similar application so I want you to bid accordingly. My videos are about 10-15 min long and in .mpg format so I need to convert them to .swf or .fla (whatever you recommend for better quality). I know there are a lot of free converters available on the internet so I want you to tell me where can I get a free video converter (or tell me if you can provide a converter).I'm just going to have 5 videos at once available to visitors. I want to be able to set ahead of time what videos will show on the site (randomly change the videos once a week or once a day). You will have to put this application into a PHP-Nuke site.

This is a simple application. It took me( an amateur) 20 minutes to set up the player on the site. I need the video area to expand as in the shown example, which I believe it shouldn't be that complicated, so for those that put 3 digits bids, please reconsider.
