I don't want complete website like this I only need following two features:
(1) Translators Directory - http://www.translatorscafe.com/TCUtils/search/
(2) Post your Project - http://www.translationdirectory.com/post_your_translation_job.php
I already have Linux Hosting with MySql Database and Domain name.
Please let me know the cost and time frame for this.
