Hello and thank you for looking at my project!

I am looking for someone who can supply and install a complete script for a worldwide property letting website similar as

holidaylettings.co.uk
homeaway.com
vrbo.com
vacationhomes.com etc...


The website will only offer rented accomodation, not property for sale.

Script must be finished - no time to start from scratch!

I am looking for something with an admin control panel where new property can be added with ease, including pictures in gallery format.

The site should have great search facility to search for property by continent, country, location, price, budget ranges, themes.

- The design should be clear with look and feel.
- URL rewrite is a must
- header title, description, keywords dynamic and for each rental
- Member area to add description, upload photos, maintain an availibility calender, add links, contact infos via email
- booking only via a requesting formular - no booking engine required
- Admin area to control html pages, areas, countries, cities, regions,
activities, amenities, payment schemes, etc...
search functions for owner, listings, payments,.... etc
- Search functions is a must like
skiing in country xy or
rentals at the beach in city xy or
refine your search for country Italy
- Dynamic Sitemap is a must
- Paypal to be included for yearly member fees


Script functionality should be fast, logical and simple to use.

There is only a small budget available for this project, so if needed the price can just be to supply and install the script, no design work. (though a choice of templates would be nice)

I will pay the winning provider immediately as the site becomes live and functional. I have the domain and its hosted, and will supply the provider with the login to cp and ftp etc.

I'm looking for this to be completed asap.

I know it cant be done for that budget, but I had to put something in!!!!
Its just a serious thought at the moment.
