Description

Hello,

I am looking for a individual or a team to do the urgent pre-designed website which I need developed, you must use XHTML/CSS for W3C validation.

This is a brand-new site. It is a very simple design, static with no animation. There are approximately 18 pages and includes 2 forms (reservations and gift certificates), also need a CMS based admin panel to edit the contents later.

This project is very simple, so please reasonable bids not more than $100 and only serious providers need to place bids.

I will submit 25% in escrow of total value to start, 25% will be escrow at the time of code presentation on our own server and rest of the 50% payment will be submitted in escrow and 100% will be released after the successful completion of project. Note: I will release the payment on completion.

Please don't bid if you are not comfortable with our terms.

I will select provider as soon I will find reasonable bid and good programmer to do the job on time.
