Description:	Hi there, I need a desktop utility (Windows) that can insert keywords into articles. In essence, it is a search and replace function that will search an article for a nominated tag and replace it with a keyword, then repeat that operation with a new article and a new keyword. For instance, with a list of 100 keywords and a group of 100 text (.txt) articles, the utility would select a random (or next) article and insert the next keyword from the list in several places that have been tagged within the article. The output file for each article would be named "keyword.txt". Keyword phrases in file names would be separated with hyphens. The utility would repeat this operation, selecting the next article and inserting the next keyword until all articles or keywords have been exhausted. I require someone who can start promptly.
