Description:	Hello - I have a Photoshop PSD for a website that I need created in Joomla 1.5. The home page, and all subsequent pages have to look similar (using the same design for all pages, with content changing on each page). As you can see, there are Navigation areas at the top, as well as room for ads on the right. We should be able to change these ads with the Joomla interface - somehow easily. The photo in the background, as you can see the man working, should be changable for each page. Each page will have a similar but different background picture. 1.jpg is the photoshop image that we want the home page to look like. 2.jpg is an example of what a content page should look like. Please ensure all module positions are created to ensure that the site looks like the attached images, and can be modified if necessary. The logon area, and all peices of the site must look near exactly like this PSD, so please do not bid if you are unable to customize joomla to look like this site. Now in terms of the directory: I need to build a searchable list of businesses that provide services. The list must include plain listings, as well as 'featured' listings that I can add color or images to. This list must be searchable by zip code, region, type of business, etc. I realize that there are Joomla extentions that should be able to accomplish this, so recommendations are fine, or build this into your quote if you can take care of this peice. I have several Joomla websites that need constant work, so whoever wins this auction will have the option to work with us on several subsequent projects.
