Description: I require a flash website

Website should be totally editable so that I can edit or modify any content and image. Website should be light weighted and its downloading speed should be good, and also it must be easy to operate. Design and look of website will be different and design will be provided by us.

You should have a premade design all ready, show me your examples. Please drop me a line in to my PM with your URL's. Do not bid if you cannot do this please.

WE NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE, HOWEVER ONLY UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. I'll pay you only after work completed. No exceptions.
