Description:	I have 1 modification for my clipshare website - I want an expert on clipshare scripts who knows how to solve my problem. I currently have a clipshare pro 2.6 CSS website, all installed and running. However, there is a problem with the characters; on the * upload a video page* the title, tags and description boxes currently accept any characters without any errors BUT when the video is processed, the characters (German/Czech) becomes messed up! Your job: Enable German/Czech characters when the video is processed. I want you to test this extensively to ensure this problem is solved. I've hired a company prior to this project to no avail, so this is NOT an easy task. You need to be an expert in clipshare pro 2.6 CSS so you can solve this character problem. If you don't solve this then I won't release the money, as simple as that. My budget for this job is small due to clipshare charging so much for the script and paying the previous company without solving this character problem. I will make your job easier by giving you the *instructions* clipshare suggested to me. I will give you my username and password that clipshare provided me so you can log into their forum and see for yourself. I also want this done quickly as i'm behind schedule in launching my website.
